Re-scheduling or Cancelling Appointments

When you make an appointment with Balance Centre, we reserve that alloted time especially for you. We understand that sometimes it is necessary for you to change your schedule. We do normally have a wait list for appointments, some of which can be urgent, so with consideration for others we kindly ask you to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice if you wish to re-schedule or cancel your appointment.  No show appointments and late cancellations will be charged the full consultation fee.
