Consultation Information

If this is your first time to our clinic your initial consultation will consist of a 30 minute health assessment and a one hour treatment so please allow 1.5 hours for your appointment.

Following consultations are between 45minutes and one hour. If you are a returning client but have not been into the clinic for some time it will be necessary to conduct a full health assessment to assess your overall health since your last visit.

Re-scheduling or Cancelling Appointments

We understand that sometimes it is necessary for you to change your schedule. With consideration for others we kindly ask you to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice if you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment.  No show appointments and late cancellations will be charged the full consultation fee.

• Rebates are available with most major health funds
• Concession rate consultations are available by prior arrangement only.

• Payments is due on the day of your appointment
• We accept credit card, EFTPOS and cash
