We offer a free-of-charge 15 minute phone consultation with our Master Practitioner, Li.  During this consultation we are able to discuss your individual situation and presenting symptoms.

  • Concession rate consultations are available by prior arrangement only.

Consultation Information

If this is your first time to our clinic your initial consultation will consist of a 30 minute health assessment and a one hour treatment so please allow 1.5 hours for your appointment.

Following consultations are between 45minutes and one hour. If you are a returning client but have not been into the clinic for some time it will be necessary to conduct a full health assessment to assess your overall health since your last visit.

Re-scheduling or Cancelling Appointments

We understand that sometimes it is necessary for you to change your schedule. Out of consideration for others we kindly ask you to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice if you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment.  No show appointments and last minute cancellations will be charged the full consultation fee.
